Jobs Responsibilities:
Administration and troubleshooting of VMWare Infrastructure i.e., vSphere, vCenter, vNSX, VROPS, and SRM at Primary and DR Sites.
Manage and troubleshoot Windows infrastructure on the main site and DR.
Manage and troubleshoot hardware infrastructure and application load balancing across key sites and DR.
Provide 2/3 level technical support 24/7 for internal and external customers Service.
SOP formulation to rationalize technical core processes and best practice quality measures.
Plan infrastructure changes and capacity expansions in parallel with business and technology projects. Infrastructure project procurement cycle management.
Collaborate with team members to resolve complex or unusual cross-technology incidents.
Manage infrastructure audits and compliance requirements and complete all highlighted items smoothly.
Disaster Recovery planning, testing, documentation, strategy, and smooth switchover.
Analyzing of business process workflows within specific systems and making recommendations for process improvement.
Job Requirements:
Good communication Skills, interpersonal, technical, and team management.
Relevant certifications will VCP, MCSE, etc. will be preferred.
