Appointments will be made strictly based on merit, regional quotas, and other prescribed quotas. Positions Available

1. Assistant Private Secretary (BPS-16)

  • Age Limit: 28
  • Number of Posts: 13
  • Qualification/Experience: Bachelor’s Degree, Shorthand speed: 110 wpm, Typing speed: 40 wpm, Proficiency in MS Office

Quota Distribution:
Punjab/Islamabad, Sindh (Rural), Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Balochistan

2. Driver (BPS-5)

  • Age Limit: 25
  • Number of Posts: 20
  • Qualification/Experience: Primary Pass, Valid driving license

Punjab/Islamabad, Sindh (Urban, Rural), Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Balochistan, AJK

So, you’re looking to apply for a job through the Open Testing Service (OTS)? Awesome! But before diving into the application pool, it’s crucial to understand the procedure. 

Age relaxation will be granted as per the Establishment Division’s guidelines issued under O.M No. 9/2/91-R-5 dated 24/6/2010, which are available on the OTS website: www.ots.org.pk. A general age relaxation of 5 years will be applicable.

Applicants currently employed in Government organizations must provide a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their respective departments at the time of the interview. Submission of incomplete applications shall not confer any right to appointment.

The competent authority reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of posts or to cancel the recruitment process at any stage without providing any reason.
