Experience
A person with extensive experience in budgeting matters in government or public sector organizations, with a minimum of four years of experience at the senior management level.
In-depth practical knowledge of the Public Finance Management Act, Treasury Single Account Rules, State-Owned Enterprises Act, and Public Sector Companies Rules is necessary.
Practical knowledge of financial regulations, general financial rules, military accounts code, and financial control and budgeting systems.
The job involves extensive coordination with government ministries, GHQ, CSMA, FBR, and SBP (including LC opening banks).
