ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
AGE: 35 years and above
QUALIFICATION:
Masters in any subject with EPM/B.Ed/M.Ed/M.Phil (at least in the 2nd Division). Ph.D. degree or foreign qualification.
Relaxation of 2 years in age and/or experience may be granted on the basis of an exceptionally competent candidate.
EXPERIENCE:
Minimum 8 years of administrative experience, including at least 4 years as a principal/head of an institute.
SKILLS:
Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, and academic and public relations skills,
with the ability to select, manage, and develop human resources.
