The employees will also be entitled to the following facilities, which will be duly mentioned in the individual employment agreement: free shared housing (with furnishings, air conditioning, and a proper bathroom).
Free air passage (Economy Class) from the point of origin in Pakistan to Bahrain, including any necessary surface transport, and also for a return to Pakistan at the time of contract expiry.
Annual leave of 22 working days is provided in the 1st and 2nd years of the contract. Leave pay should be paid in advance.
Return air tickets from Bahrain to Pakistan (point of origin) and back every other year to take advantage of the annual vacation in case of contract renewal.
