Responsibilities
- Plan daily, monthly, and annual sales demands, ensuring production targets and KPIs are achieve.
- Lead the production team, ensuring smooth operations and cross-departmental coordination. Manage production posting and material consumption reconciliation in SAP, create buy requisitions & service sheets and notifications (quality & maintenance).
Education & Experience Required:
MSc/BSc (Food Tech / Chemistry /Chemical Engineering)
Practical knowledge of ISO 9001,14001, Food Safety & HALAL standards
