SELECTION PROCEDURE PIA Captain Jobs 2023:
Eligible candidates will undergo a computer-based test (CBT) conducted by an independent testing agency, following the approved syllabus.
The test score will be available on the candidates computer screens.
Candidates get 70% marks on CBT test invite for an interview.
which will include a flying aptitude test followed by a psychiatric/medical evaluation conducted by a Medical Board.
Candidates declared fit by the Medical Board will undergo a Flight Check. The expense for the Flight Check will be borne by the selected candidates.
After completing the entire process, only successful candidates will be notified accordingly.
