The Management Training program is a one-year training contract that does not establish an employer-employee relationship, and PMDC is not obligated to offer regular employment to trainees upon the conclusion of the training period.

Eligibility Criteria

  • minimum of 16 years of education recognized by the Higher Education Commission of Pakistan is require.
  • Applicants must be a maximum of 28 years old as of the date of the advertisement.
  • A minimum CGPA of 3.0 is require.
  • Candidates who graduated in 2023, with or without post-qualification experience.

Term and Condition

Applicants who meet the standard eligibility criteria mentioned above must participate in a written test and interview.

Selection will be on a merit basis, with 30% weightage on educational marks, 40% on test assessment, and 30% on interview evaluation.
