Required Qualifications and Experience
- Masters in Civil Engineering, Hydraulics, Agriculture, Environment, and Natural Resource Management
- 08 years of experience in a relevant field.
- Knowledge of principles and practices of research and development (R&D) as applied to water management, including irrigation, drainage, and flood protection.
- R&D Methodologies: Formulate, implement, and update policies, studies, and research programs for various issues in the irrigation and flood protection sector.
- Improving Sector Policies and Planning.
- Strengthening the technical foundations of knowledge on irrigation and drainage, and enhancing irrigation and drainage infrastructure
