The students who achieve a minimum CGPA of 2.2 in the STHP Foundation Semester will be eligible for admission to undergraduate programs. however, the Fall of 2024 will offer 35% of the overall seats in each academic program
The top 100 performing students from the STHP Foundation Semester will be offered admission at Sukkur IBA University-Main Campus in regular undergraduate programs with a 100% waiver of the semester fee for a period of 4 years.

Main features of the Foundation Semester program:
- No tuition fees
- Free books
- Free university bus transportation is available within Sukkur/Rohri on designated routes. Additionally, students will receive a stipend of Rs. 4000 rupees per month
- Candidates must have completed their Intermediate in the years 2021, 2022, or 2023.
- Candidates must have a domicile in the Sindh Province. Selection will be based on merit and poverty criteria.
