Institute of Rural Management (IRM) is pleased to announce its Summer Internship Program (SIP) 2024. SIP is designed for highly motivated students from colleges and universities in Islamabad, Pakistan.
Under this program, students will be introduced to a professional working environment where they will be hosted and receive valuable hands-on experience in the development sector. It is a unique learning experience as it allows students to acquire both theoretical knowledge and practical field experience during the program.

SIP 2024 Offers
- An orientation on “how to navigate the 6-week Summer Internship Programme”
- Interns will have field exposure to program and project sites, where they will observe, analyze, and write field reports.
- Opportunity to work in an office environment with access to all systems, equipment, and communication tools.
- To research and document (by collecting information from organizational documents, communicating with staff, and consulting field experts)
