Eligibility Criteria:

  • Educational Background: Candidates should have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree. Alternatively, they can hold an equivalent qualification with at least 14 years of education. This must be from a recognized and reputable institution, either in Pakistan or abroad.
  • Academic Performance: Applicants need to have a least CGPA of 2.5 or its equivalent, or at least 60% marks in their most recent qualification.
  • Age Need: Candidates must be aged between 27 and 30.

Please note: BOP will focus on entry-level candidates. They should be eager to start their professional journeys in an environment that emphasizes mutual respect and gender equality. Nonetheless , applications from experienced professionals are also welcome.
