NDRMF is seeking a dynamic and qualified professional for the following Jobs based in Islamabad on a performance-based contract. The National Disaster Risk Management Fund is a government-owned not-for-profit company established under Section 42 of the Companies Act 2017.
It provides grant for projects that contribute to enhancing Pakistan’s resilience to climate-related and strengthen the government’s capacity to respond quickly to disasters triggered by natural risks.

Required Qualifications and Experience
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in economics, finance, and other related discipline.
Experience:
With a minimum of 8 years of experience in disaster risk management, including some involvement in designing financial instruments to mitigate the effects of disasters;
A minimum of 5 years experience is required, leading a team with demonstrated strong leadership and communication skills. the ability to collaborate across sectors and lead teams.
Experience in the insurance enterprise will be an added benefit.
The role of the DRF is crucial for the effective management and implementation of disaster risk financing strategies and initiatives. The Deputy Manager should possess a robust background in disaster risk management, finance, and insurance, as well as excellent analytical, strategic, and project management skills.
