The Provincial Health Services Academy (PHSA) is now taking applications for their two-year paramedical diploma programs. If you’re looking to start in Spring 2025, now’s your chance! PHSA Paramedical Diploma
They’ve got both morning and evening classes available at different paramedical schools across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Here’s what you need to know:
How to Apply:
You can grab the application form and info packet online at www.phsa.edu.pk or www.zabpgpi.kp.gov.pk. There’s a 500 rupee processing fee, but it’s worth it! Or, if you prefer, just pop into one of the schools in your area to pick everything up in person.
Where to Study:
Depending on where you live, you’ll be assigned to one of these institutes:
- Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto Postgraduate Paramedical Institute in Peshawar
- Paramedical Institute of Medical Technologies in Swat
- Paramedical Institute of Medical Technologies in Abbottabad
- Paramedical Institute of Medical Technologies in D.I. Khan

Who Can Apply:
- You need to be from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (including merged areas)
- Age limits: 30 for fresh applicants, 45 for those already working in the field
- Education: At least 50% in Matric (Science) with Biology
- If you’re already working, you’ll need a Medical Faculty Certificate in your field
Bonus Points:
- Hafiz-e-Quran? You can get an extra 20 marks!
- F.Sc (Pre-Medical) with 50% or higher? That’ll boost your chances by 10%!
PHSA KPK Announces 2025 Paramedical Admissions – Apply Before Feb 18!
Important Dates:
- Last day to apply: February 18, 2025
- They’ll post the list of applicants on February 19
- If you need to fix anything on your application, you’ve got until February 20
- Shortlisted candidates will be announced on February 21
Interviews start on February 25. The exact date depends on your institute. It also depends on whether you’re applying for morning or evening classes. Make sure to check the schedule!
